WANAKA SPRINGS nestles beneath towering firs, amongst natural springs and landscape native gardens. Elegant designs, fine furnishings, excellent cuisine and first-class services are hallmarks of this "in-town" retreat.Opened in April 2000, Wanaka Springs is a purpose-built boutique lodge featuring local timbers and schist stone to reflect traditional Otago styles. The name refers to the natural springs that surface from beneath and around the Lodge and which form the central and relaxing water features of the landscaped gardens. Among beautifully landscaped gardens, the lodge is only yards from the lakefront, Town Centre and excellent golf course.
Inside the lodge, you may choose to spend time alone or to socialise with other guests. A wide range of services, including Internet and business facilities, will also be at your disposal. Should you wish, Wanaka Springs will organise tours, activities, wilderness adventures and onward itineraries to suit your needs exactly. Whatever it takes, your hosts will make your stay in Wanaka a truly memorable one.
Each room has imported linens, fine furniture, a private ensuite and either a deck or courtyard from which to soak up the magnificent views and enjoy that well-deserved sundowner. And it doesn't stop there - enjoy the restorative pleasures of our luxurious eight-seater spa pool in its secluded garden location and with its stunning mountain views. Everywhere you look, the Lodge exudes an air of refinement and understated elegance. It's growing reputation, as Wanaka's 'in-town retreat' is more than justified by the high standards of comfort, hospitality and service enjoyed by our discerning holiday and business travellers. So whether you choose to enjoy the countless activities Wanaka has to offer, simply relax and be pampered or add something very special to your business trip, your hosts at Wanaka Springs will ensure that your stay is exactly what you need. |
