*For group reservations The George, Christchurch is entitled to charge for late cancellations/no show of one night's accommodation per rooms cancelled/no show from 21 days out from the arrival date. All cancellations must be in writing. For FIT (Free Independent Travellers) reservations, cancellation advice is required 48 hours out from confirmed arrival date or the first nights accommodation is charged.
