Predominantly decorated in whites and putty shades, enlivened through the winter months with deep reds and lavender, the Richmond Room provides a luxurious retreat for all seasons.

Ideal for one or two couples or a family, The French Barn is a rustic building produced mainly from recycled timbers.

Furnished largely with relaxed country antiques and with a well equipped kitchen it provides spacious self-contained accommodation. The very large super king/twin downstairs bedroom can convert to single beds and an additional bed is available for extra guests, or children. The upstairs (attic) room is furnished with a double bed and single divan. The attractive bathroom is tiled with a large separate shower and romantic claw foot bath.  The sitting room is comfortably furnished with deep armchairs and sofas.  TV, video, playing cards, games and puzzles are provided while the library/TV room in the Bell Tower lounge is also available to French Barn guests, as are all the facilities of the lodge.
