Accommodation Features

Enjoy the quiet luxury of our spacious bedrooms with views from the balcony down to the village. Each room is furnished with a king double bed or two single beds. Relax for a read in one of the casual chairs or use the casual tables to send a postcard or just enjoy a cup of plunger coffee.

The bathroom is equally spacious and you have a choice of shower or luxurious bath. Toiletries are supplied along with fluffy towels, and a hairdryer. In your room you will also find an iron and ironing board to satisfy the most fastidious dresser. Each room has a private telephone and is compatible with computer connections.

Dining Room, Lounge and Guest Services

Breakfast is served from 7am - 9am in the ground floor dining room with its sunny outlook and friendly atmosphere. Dining is casual, friendly and a chance to set up the next day's activities. A full continental or cooked breakfast which ranges from cereals to waffles, fresh smoked bacon to a variety of eggs is available along with coffee, tea and juices.

Upstairs, the lounge forms the ideal place to relax and relive the day's activities. Comfortable chairs and sofas provide an environment to just enjoy the expansive views which can also be enjoyed from the balcony.

Location

Te Weheka Inn is located in the South west New Zealand World Heritage Park, on state Highway 6, approximately 100 meters from the centre of Fox Glacier township and opposite the Department of Conservation Information Centre.

Te Weheka Inn is 172 kms (2 hour drive) from Hokitika on the West Coast and 267 kms (3 hour rive) from Wanaka, Central Otago.

Rate is based on 2 persons and includes a full breakfast. Single occupancy rates apply.

Inclusions:

*Includes 12.5% government taxes (GST), based on double / twin occupancy with one king or two twin beds. A third person (adult or child) can be accommodated in the room using a 'rollaway' bed ($NZ 80 Adult/$NZ 65 Children). Tariff also includes your choice of cooked or continental breakfast for 1-2 people.

Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may incur a 25% penalty; cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or "no-shows" may incur a 100% penalty. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
