Lake Rotoroa Lodge 2008/2009 Season SpecialLake Rotoroa Lodge is pleased to offer the following early and late season special for the 2008 / 2009 season.
("5 Nights For The Price of 4 Nights") This special includes all accommodation, meals and complimentary house wine with dinner. Terms and conditions: - Valid for travel before December 15th 2008 and after March 31st 2009 (these dates relate to arrival dates at Lake Rotoroa Lodge.) - A minimum booking of 5 nights and 3 days guided fishing. - Please quote this special when making bookings. - This special does not included guided fishing. Guided fishing will be charged at normal rates. Inclusions:Lake Rotoroa Lodge is not suitable for children under 14 years old.*Includes 12.5% government taxes (GST), based on per person rate/double occupancy with one king or two twin beds (single occupancy rates available) and includes Dinner, Breakfast & GST.Due to staffing hours/laundry etc there is a $NZ 50.00 incl. gst per room surcharge on single night stays. Transfer fee from Nelson Airport is $NZ 285 GST inclusive (up to 3 persons) or $NZ 70.00 GST inclusive per person (4-6 persons) - Transfer costs for more than 6 persons & from other points are on request. Bookings to be secured by either a 25% deposit by credit card or pre-payment of account. Special rates will apply for long-term stays. Cancellation Policy:Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within within 60 Days of arrival incur a 50% penalty; within 45 Days of arrival incur a 75% penalty; within 30 Days of arrival incur a 100% penalty.
