There are two “security” rooms in addition to the 22 Deluxe and Standard suites. Featuring two single beds, ensuite bathroom and wardrobe, these rooms are used predominantly for accompanying security, drivers, minders or children. Rate is per person, per night based on two people sharing. Single occupancy rates available on request.

The Deluxe Suite offers its own private porch, comfortable bedroom with sitting area and open fireplace, walk-in his and hers wardrobes and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and his and hers vanities and are nestled on the edge of a native forest overlooking the ocean and golf course.
Tariff includes: pre dinner drinks with hors d'oeuvres, three course a la carte dinner, full breakfast, complimentary mini-bar (excluding liquor and wines) and use of lodge facilities excluding golf and spa treatments. A large (4,200 square foot) two-suite house is positioned with the main lounge and two bedrooms overlooking the ocean and golf course towards the Bay of Islands. The house has a private infinity swimming pool and hot tub and easy access to all lodge amenities. There is an outdoor barbecue and cooking facilities for the chef if private in-house dining is preferred. There are open fireplaces in the bedrooms and the main lounge. There are two bathrooms and a powder room in the house. A small office can be converted into a third bedroom ideal for children or a nanny. Rate is based on 1-4 people per night.

*Infants and children under the age of 5 are free of charge when occupying adults room using existing bedding. Alternate dining arrangements will be made for all children under the age of 12.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations are accepted in good faith. As is standard policy in NZ for small luxury accommodation properties, a deposit of 25% of the total tariff for your stay is required to confirm a reservation, subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival may incur a 50% penalty; cancellations received within 7 days of arrival or "no-shows" may incur a 100% penalty. For bookings between 15 December - 15 January, cancellations made outside 75 days of arrival incur no charge. 75-45 days before arrival 25% of total stay, 30-45 days before arrival 50% of total stay, inside 30 days 100% of total stay. Therefore we always advise comprehensive insurance to cover accommodation expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
