Cottages
Eight outlying guest cottages, each with two guest suites, provide accommodation at Kauri Cliffs. Every suite offers its own private porch, comfortable bedroom with sitting area and open fireplace, walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.

The cottages are nestled on the edge of a native bush overlooking the ocean and golf course. All cottages are identical (900 sq ft).

Each suite features a walk-in his and hers wardrobe and large bathroom with shower, bath and his and hers vanities. The main bedroom in each cottage features an open gas fireplace, superior mini-bar, large armoire with TV and video, super-king bed (able to be split into 2 super-singles), rattan armchairs and ottomans.

Owner's Cottage
As well as the eight cottages on the property there is the Owner's Cottage, a large (4,200 square foot) two-suite house with a main lounge and two bedrooms overlooking the ocean and golf course towards the Bay of Islands. The house has a private infinity swimming pool and hot tub and easy access to all lodge amenities. Outdoor barbecue and cooking facilities are also available if private in-house dining is preferred.

There are open fireplaces in the bedrooms and the main lounge. There are two bathrooms and a powder room in the house. A small office can be converted into a third bedroom ideal for children or a nanny.

Caddy's Rooms
In addition to the 16 standard rooms at Kauri Cliffs there are two “caddy” rooms. These two "caddy" rooms feature two single beds, an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe, and are used predominantly for drivers, minders or children. There is an additional caddy room at the rear of the Owner’s Cottage.
